Support the commercial area by assisting in the management of strategic partners/retailers, by elaborating all watch orders and assortments. Facilitate the provision of business analysis and market context to aid in proper decision-making.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Guarantee partners/retailers the correct assortment per type of POS
• Provide analysis for the correct decision making in terms of business and development of each partner/retailer
• Sales and stocks analysis to generate monthly Wishlist and suggested orders to the partners
• Generate inventory analysis and rotation by product for each partner and POS to recommend action plans to commercial and marketing areas
• Generate, supply and upgrade sales reports on a monthly basis
• Monitor the stock level
• Sales record for incentive plan
• Give support to commercial management to generate suggested placement per product, client and point of sale




• Formalize and consolidate the watch orders for Mexico for all partners/retailers
• Fulfill the clients and retailers’ orders
• Organize, collect and fill out sales orders using knowledge of electronic filing systems (SAP)
• Issue and check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Informing the clients and retailers about the watch pricing
• Give input for all local MKT and CRM initiatives
• Work together with Commercial Manager for the correct allocation of the assortment per type of POS
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, keeping track of customer information (Power BI)
• Warranty activations
• Collaborate with the CRM strategy analyzing client pyramid and client data base
• Order and tracking for Display, VM and Gifts for POS in coordination with Sales Manager
• Support Commercial Manager in the development of the business
