The Workday Recruiting and Core HR Analyst supports the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The role serves as a subject-matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Core HR, provides targeted Learning support, and partners with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to improve business processes, data quality, compliance, and the recruiter, candidate, learner, manager, and employee experience.
Qualifications –
At least seven years of Workday HR configuration and implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday Core HR.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and end-to-end worker and recruiting lifecycles.
Experience supporting Learning-related enrollment, completion, content-access, and user issues.
Experience supporting Workday implementations, optimization projects, or post-production environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
Experience developing test scenarios and scripts and supporting user-acceptance testing.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of Workday reports, data sources (including indexed data sources), and custom report types (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), including calculated fields.
