We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support software engineering and product delivery teams in a remote environment across LATAM.
The adecuado candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, team facilitation, servant leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement. This role requires someone who can work independently, effectively coach teams, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product leadership.

Position Details
• Location: Remote — LATAM
• Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension
• Advanced English
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
• Availability to work as a contractor

What You’ll Do
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective team collaboration.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.




• Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to improve processes and delivery.
• Track and communicate work item status, progress, and dependencies.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination.
• Maintain and manage Agile workflows, dashboards, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have
• Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced technology organization.
• Experience in a large technology company.
• CSM, PSM I, or equivalent Agile certification.
