This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager Finance Controlling Americas and will operate daily out of the Apodaca, Actual León facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Finance Controlling team, you'll create impact by driving standardization, automation,



and simplification of global finance processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance across Grundfos entities.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate monthly and year-end reporting according to Grundfos GAAP and statutory financial statements for legal entities, including managing the relationship with statutory outsourcing partners
• Own balance sheets across segments, cost allocations between performance units, and ensure timely reporting at Performance Unit and Profit Center level
• Lead efficient external audit processes and serve as the main contact for local authorities, auditors, and outsourcing partners
• Challenge and drive harmonization, efficiency, and effectiveness of global finance controlling, statutory compliance, and internal control processes
• Ensure an optimal control environment at legal entity level, including follow-up on internal control observations from GIAS
• Act as the single point of c
