How do you add value to the role?

The Controls Engineer develops and commissions electrical and automated control systems for industrial machinery based on customer specifications and in accordance with engineering principles, international standards, and industry best practices. The position involves implementing complex control algorithms for the design and development of control software, identification systems, and signal processing applications.

Requirements

-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline.

-Languages: Advanced English.

Experience

•
1 or 2 years of experience integrating industrial automation applications.

•




Experience developing low-complexity control applications.

Knowledge
- Industrial control system design

-Intermediate PLC programming and HMI application development technologies

-Knowledge of equipment, methodologies, and processes related to factory automation.

Main Responsibilities

•
Executes specialized technical services for internal and external customers, either locally, remotely, or on-site. The objective is to ensure that assigned control systems operate efficiently and in compliance with industry and quality standards.

Designs industrial control architectures by selecting the appropriate communication protocols, networking equipment, and programming languages required to program, configure, and integrate industrial automation systems.

•
Identifies potential failure modes and implements preventive and corrective actions integrated into the design of electrical and control systems. Performs risk and safety
