Provide specialized legal counsel to the various business areas ensuring regulatory compliance of operations in Mexico, mitigating legal risks, and supporting negotiations, contracts, and litigation matters..

Day to day (main tasks):
· Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation: Draft, review, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including, agents, dealers and service providers
· Collaborates in disputes involving: Customers, Dealers, Regulators
· Advice on legal risks associated with: Digital channels, Connectivity and mobility services, Strategic partnerships. Participate in cross-functional projects with HQs and local business initiatives.
· Corporate Law:Update and manage powers of attorney, shareholders’ and board resolutions, corporate minutes, and statutory corporate records for the group’s legal entities. Assures the business regulatory compliance and continuity by keeping updated all the governmental authorizations for the day-to-day operations.
· Advice on employment contracts, terminations, brand protection and licensing arrangements





· Bachelor's degree: Law
· Experience: Professional experience of at least 3-5 years practicing civil, commercial, distribution and consumer protection law in high regulated industry (automotive preferred) or in a major business law firm; ability for teamwork and intercultural competence
· English: Advanced
· Professional experience and understanding of business and distribution law; sensitivity on compliance with anti-trust, anti-corruption and data protection orientation; intercultural competence; fluent English drafting and negotiation skills; ability to act independently and reliably under time pressure; business acumen and willingness to take ownership and responsibility
