Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to lead the sales of high-end, value-added design and supply projects in the hotel and residential sectors. This includes graphic design, signage, architecture, and design-build services.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Present the company and its services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers




• Lead negotiations and close sales deals
• Travel to meet clients and explore new project opportunities
• Use CRM and Office 365 tools to manage sales activities
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals

Skills & Qualifications• Strong background in sales of premium design or construction-related products
• Knowledge of design, architecture, and building projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Office 365, and Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• An established network in the hotel, architecture, or design sectors is a plus

Location: Cancun, Miami, Dallas, Panama, or Santo Domingo preferred, with 50% travel required
Languages Required: English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)
Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales management
License: Valid driver’s license required
