This role supports project teams by creating and updating detailed REVIT drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for architectural projects.
Daily Responsibilities• Interpret design sketches, apply drafting standards, organize drawing sets, and incorporate feedback from architects and designers.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure plans are accurate, aligned with code and client requirements, and ready for review and construction.
• Maintain BIM files, follow established naming and versioning conventions, and collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and drawing quality.
• Provide technical support to team members using REVIT and assist with resolving basic software issues.
• Troubleshoot computer software issues affecting design productivity and BIM360 cloud workflows.

Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architecture, drafting, BIM, or a related field.
• C1-level English proficiency is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD and BIM tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit or similar.




• Familiarity with U.S. architectural drafting standards.
• Relevant education or training in architectural technology, drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams remotely.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining structured digital file systems.
• Experience in Retail, Mixed-Use, or Hospitality projects is an advantage.

Compensation & Work Arrangement• $2,500 USD per month
