Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO — High-Growth DTC Brand

We're a founder-led, nine-figure travel brand on a mission to become the #1 travel brand for women, with dedicated teams across product, marketing, creative, finance, supply chain, and operations. The CEO moves fast and touches everything. Your job is to make sure nothing he touches gets dropped.
We pay well above the Mexican market for this role on purpose. In exchange, we expect above-market availability, responsiveness, and follow-through. Read the Availability section before applying.

YOUR MISSION
Be the CEO's right hand and his external brain. You own his calendar, his inbox, his task list, and the follow-through across the team. You'll be in every Slack channel he's in. Whenever he asks someone for something, you log it in ClickUp and chase it until it's done.



Whenever someone needs something from him, you make sure it reaches him and gets an answer. He should be able to message you "what's the status on X?" and get an immediate answer without ever opening ClickUp himself. The standard: he trusts your system so completely that he can take everything off his mind. Nothing dies in a DM.
1 PRIORITY: REQUESTS AND FOLLOW-THROUGH
• Capture every request, question, task, and commitment the CEO makes across Slack, meetings, email, and voice notes.
• Log everything in ClickUp with an owner, a deadline, and a status, then follow up until every loop is closed. You are the reason things don't stall.
• Track everything people need from the CEO (answers, approvals, decisions, feedback) and keep it in front of him until resolved. Nobody should have to ask him twice.
• Track what the CEO owes others and make sure he delivers on time.
