Job Description -
• Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance)
• Senior resource – preferably with Development background
• Experience with facility start-ups
• Strong technical/functional skillset – must be able to problem solve/troubleshoot independently.
• Real SQL troubleshooting capability
• Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge
• Interface troubleshooting experience
• Root cause analysis discipline
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams
• Must have good inter-personal skills
