Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Baja California Sur, Mexico. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating benefits enrollment and changes. The Human Resources Coordinator helps administer HR policies, responds to employee inquiries,



and supports employee relations initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing HR documentation, organizing training and compliance activities, and collaborating with managers on staffing needs and scheduling. The role also involves ensuring adherence to local labor regulations, supporting payroll-related data collection, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
