The Marketing Coordinator, Production, is a highly organized and detail-oriented team member responsible for supporting the Marketing and Creative teams by coordinating timelines, tasks, and project updates. This role primarily involves assisting the Assistant Marketing Manager and acting as a communication bridge between the Marketing/Creative team and key stakeholders for all creative requests.

This role ensures that projects stay on track by facilitating updates, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including Managers, Directors, and subject matter experts within and outside of the Marketing department. A successful candidate is a collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination
• Assists with coordinating, prioritizing, organizing,



and meeting deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously with varying completion dates and competing priorities

• Works alongside Assistant Marketing Manager to break projects into doable actions and monitor and adhere to timeframes using Workfront (Workflow Management Tool)

• Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders: Merchandising, Store Operations, Legal and Visual Merchandising, to track requirements and objectives

• Assists with schedule management

Production Management & Workflow
• Helps ensure team members needs are met as projects evolve

• Provides support to monitoring project progress, handles any issues that arise and escalates as necessary

• Helps communicate project status to all participants

• Intake Help to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

• Assists with process documentation as required

• Monitors that creative briefs are completed by assisting as needed
