Assist in ensuring that all material shipments and receipts are made and inspected in accordance with the specifications indicated in the process.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that the required production is shipped on time and in the correct condition.

• Follow up on all material shipment processes.

• Report inventory discrepancies on finished product and receipts, analyze root cause, and take corrective action.

• Pack finished product into boxes, consolidate shipping material and load trucks.

• Resolve customer service issues (tracking number, quantities, damages, routing, etc.).

• Resolve raw material receipt problems.

• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through a cycle counting system.





• Work in conjunction with warehouse personnel in Hidalgo Texas.

• Perform raw material adjustments from CONSIGN area.

• Perform assigned day to day tasks, according to the needs of the department and those stipulated by your immediate boss according to the guidelines of the company AMETEK.

Experience:

• High school (preferably).

• 1 year of experience in similar position or in manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of computer packages (Microsoft office).

• Basic English (preferably).

• Forklift operation.

• Knowledge in inventory control.
