Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies for the Mexico market, ensuring assortments align with consumer needs,
brand objectives, and financial targets.
− Responsible for the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget, optimizing inventory investments through data-driven purchasing decisions that
support sales forecasts, inventory productivity, and profitability.
− Select and develop product assortments across channels by analyzing consumer demand, market trends, and sales performance
to maximize productivity and support business objectives.
− Develop category and assortment recommendations that enhance brand positioning, respond to consumer demand,
