Objective of the position:

Objective: Lead the customer experience strategy and execution by ensuring proactive customer engagement, effective issue resolution, and seamless cross-functional collaboration, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty,



and trust while supporting the organization's quality and business objectives.
Purpose: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving a customer-centric culture and ensuring customer needs, expectations, and concerns are understood, addressed, and exceeded through effective coordination across all OU´s and SU´s functions.
