Sobre el rol del Ayudante de Pastelería
Apoyará en la asistencia de la producción de pastelería, panadería y heladería al equipo de pastelería (pastry “A” y “B”), así como, en la organización sanitización, higiene, recepción, acomodo, limpieza, de insumos, de alimentos y todas sus actividades colaterales.

¿Qué harás en este puesto?
• Garantizar la higiene, limpieza, acomodo y organización de la pastelería o área de trabajo asignada (centro de consumo), materiales e insumos previos a toda manipulación de alimentos. Aplicando el método peps.
• Entendimiento y asimilación de las tare
