THE ROLE

You are taking full ownership of an active, high-growth 1P business in Mexico. Your mandate is best-in-class execution across every lever that drives sales: availability, content, advertising, pricing, and the commercial relationship. You report directly to the Pure Players Director for Mexico.

You will be expected to deeply understand all 1P KPIs, move them daily, and explain them clearly to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Commercial Strategy & Portfolio

• Own the commercial P&L; of the platform.

• Define and execute the commercial plan: Pricing strategy, promotional calendar, MSI mechanics.

• Plan and execute T1events with obsession to win.

• Drive catalog strategy: assortment decisions by category, SKU prioritization by demand and margin, exclusive SKU pipeline in collaboration with the commercial planning team.
