Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operational management system within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing a team of operational professionals, and ensuring that operations meet or exceed customer expectations. The Operations Manager conducts regular audits, reviews operational performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing operational documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations,



and reporting on operational performance to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning
• Create and implement long-term business strategies
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for improvement
Project Management
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts

Supply Chain Management
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors

Quality Control
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures
