Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .
• Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .
• Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
• Shift Availability.
• Microsoft Office.
• 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
• Strong adaptability and collaboration.
• Teamwork skills.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• English spoken and written 85%.




• Communication skills.
• Experience in TPM culture and deployment.
• Strong knowledge in general equipment and building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
• Medium knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
• Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
• Use of measuring and control systems.
