Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to organizational growth through effective, data-driven, and AI-enabled recruitment strategies.

The adecuado candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with proven expertise managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers,



and leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent across multiple channels.

Leverage AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and alignment with position requirements.
