Requirements:
Must Have:
• Java
• Unix/Shell scripting development
• Windows based application support activities
• Read logs
• Troubleshoot software issues
• Provide solutions
• Work with a team
• Able to cover weekend on rotation.
• Able to have a good conversation in English and able to write a good email and/or document.

Nice to have
• AWS knowledge
• ITIL

Responsibilities:
• Provide application support for systems running on Java, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.
• Read and analyze application and system logs to identify issues and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot software incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to application-related issues.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to address technical issues.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures clearly.
• Participate in shift-based support, including rotation schedules and occasional weekend coverage.
• Support a customer-oriented service approach, ensuring clear and effective communication.
