The Job:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Ethics & Compliance – Mexico to join our Ethics & Compliance organization. This position will serve as a key compliance resource for Mexico, partnering closely with business leaders and corporate functions to identify and mitigate compliance risks, strengthen the company’s culture of integrity, and support the effective implementation of the integral Ethics & Compliance program.

A significant component of this role will be leading and conducting complex, sensitive and confidential internal investigations,



including matters involving potential violations of the Code of Business Ethics, anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements, conflicts of interest, fraud, harassment or retaliation related to compliance concerns, and other allegations involving potential misconduct.

The successful candidate will combine strong investigative capabilities with sound legal and compliance judgment, business acumen, discretion and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a complex multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigations & Case Management
• Lead and conduct confidential and, where applicable, legally privileged internal investigations involving allegations of misconduct, violations of the Code of Business Ethics, company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
