Mission

We are looking for a Central Financial Planning Specialist.
Provide senior management with reliable, timely financial information and analysis to support decision making. Contribute to short and long-term financial projections, monitor corporate costs, and track performance against budget.

Responsibilities
• Prepare executive presentations for EXCO, Proeza, MAB, CAP, and other committees, reporting monthly financial results and short-term projections.
• Monitor business performance by region, company, and program, explaining variances against prior years and financial projections.
• Analyze the income statement, balance sheet,



cash flow statement, and key financial indicators.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support management decisions.
• Coordinate inputs from operating plants and functional areas for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual projections, including timelines, deliverables, and targets.
• Consolidate projected financial statements and calculate key financial indicators.
• Coordinate the long-term projections process, including templates, consolidation, presentations, and materials for EXCO.

Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Advanced business English.
• 7–10 years of total work experience, including 2–3 years in financial planning.
• Experience as a Financial Planning Analyst or Specialist is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, financial statement consolidation, and financial indicator a
