Position Overview

As a Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer, you drive verification activities for complex memory designs and contribute to the delivery of functionally correct products. You collaborate with design and verification teams across multiple regions to develop, execute, and improve verification strategies for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM)



and emerging memory technologies. This role combines technical ownership, problem-solving, and AI-enabled process improvements to advance verification quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification efforts within assigned technical areas and help define verification strategies, methodologies, and execution plans.
• Develop, execute, and debug pre-silicon verification environments, test benches, test cases, and simulation regressions for complex memory designs.
• Create verification stimulus and coverage plans that improve functional coverage for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and emerging memory architectures.
• Collaborate with general design and verification teams to analyze results, resolve design issues, and develop new verification flows.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and automation techniques to improve verification productivity, coverage analysis, debugging efficiency, and engineerin
