About The Job
The Service & Support Engineer will provide qualified technical support, commissioning, troubleshooting and training for DEIF control solutions used across generator sets, ATS and synchronisation systems, BESS, PCS, solar inverters, energy management systems and microgrids.




You will take ownership of technical cases from the initial assessment through to documented and verified resolution, working closely with customers, distributors, Sales, Product Management, Quality and R&D.;

This role combines remote technical support with hands-on field service and requires a structured, analytical and customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving complex technical problems and communicating clearly with both customers and internal teams.

The role requires approximately 60% travel per year, including service visits, commissioning, troubleshooting, customer training and other on-site activities.

Working Tasks and Responsibilities
• Providing daily technical support through phone, email, chat, ticketing and remote sessions, including participation in the service phone rotation when required.
• Specifying and configuring DEIF products together
