About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by driving process stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across assembly lines. This role plays a key part in optimizing production performance, supporting new product introductions,



and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
• Supporting manufacturing operations to ensure stable and efficient assembly processes.
• Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity, capacity, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and overall manufacturing costs.
• Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
• Developing and implementing process standardization, work instructions, operating methods, and process parameters.
• Supporting new product introductions, new processes, and equipment implementation while ensuring successful industrialization and start-up.
