The KAM eCommerce is responsible for developing and executing the eCommerce strategy for key customers and marketplaces, driving sales, profitability and sustainable business growth.
This role manages key eCommerce accounts and/or distributors, ensuring excellence across product launches, assortment, pricing, promotions, content, advertising and inventory management. The position combines a strong commercial mindset with eCommerce expertise and analytical capabilities, working closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams.

Lo que hará
• Steers e-Commerce strategy implementation on local level incl. assortment, content and promotion.

Supports countries in building preferred strategic partnerships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key clients on local level.

• Deploys tools and best practices on country level.
Drives upskilling on local level.

• Monitors competition, intl. markets, and builds on current and future e-Commerce opportunities and trends for Henkel's businesses growth.





• Pro-actively manages stakeholders across different hierarchy levels and business units.

• Collaborates with cross-functional team members to manage all aspects of eCommerce.

• Provides daily support for local eCommerce Managers with expertise and capabilities.

Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, with hands-on exposure to different marketplaces and/or omnichannel retailers.
• Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro and/or Ulta.
• Knowledge of 1P and 3P eCommerce business models.
• Strong commercial background, ideally with experience in sales, account management, buyers and/or distributors.
• Experience managing pricing, promotions, inventory, forecasting and profitability.
