As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible to ensure the successful fulfilment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience.

You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of customer order processing, ensuring timely and accurate lifecycle maintenance of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Proactive engagement in projects and process transitions within the department.
• Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts / projects / cases in the Honeywell systems.
• Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/amendment.




• Follow-up on approvals for customer creation/extension/amendment.
• Take in bound calls, emails and chats
• Handle or manage multiple ERP systems

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
• English proficient
• Experience working in a multi discipline team/multinational environment
• Experience in reviewing and redesigning processes
• Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach
