Chemours is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position will be available at our Mexico City Office (Plaza Carso) and report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Leadership and specialized Recruitment, you will lead the search, engagement, and hiring of Managers and specialized individual contributor roles across Latin America, the United States, and globally. Leveraging your advanced expertise in specialized recruitment, you will partner directly with senior business leaders, and HR partners to shape Chemours' leadership pipeline and champion our employer brand at the highest levels. In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment,



you will drive strategic talent initiatives, including building talent pipelines to address gaps in succession planning, talent mapping, and market intelligence. You will represent Chemours and act as a trusted advisor on senior hiring decisions, competitor insights and other considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full executive recruitment lifecycle for Director and other senior-level roles, from initial briefing and sourcing to offer and pre-boarding.
- Partner directly with leadership, business unit heads, and general HR teams to understand strategic talent gaps and craft proactive search strategies.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with top-tier external talent, providing a personalized and confidential candidate experience.
