Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
~Strong understanding of Cost Management (cost reports, change orders, cash flows etc.)Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level
Experience working with data centers or similar mission-critical projects
