Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference * Lead sourcing strategies for direct raw materials and packaging categories (e.g., extracts, enzymes, botanicals,



corrugated packaging, medicine bottles, lids, and caps) within the Health & Biosciences business.* Develop and manage supplier strategies, supplier portfolios and sourcing initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, contracts and supplier agreements.* Serve as the primary commercial contact for suppliers, fostering strong relationships and alignment with business objectives.* Manage sourcing events, tenders and bidding processes, providing commercial analysis and supplier recommendations.* Identify, qualify and onboard new suppliers in partnership with Quality, Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.* Monitor supplier performance, drive corrective action plans and support continuous improvement initiatives.* Partner with internal teams to resolve supply challenges, mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity.*
