Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. The idóneo candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions, modern cloud-based data platforms, and business intelligence environments.

This role requires expertise in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT development, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data engineering practices. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, analysts, architects,



and fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Build, optimize, and support ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data integration tools and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes in Microsoft Fabric.
- Create and manage Fabric Data Engineering workloads including:
- Data Pipelines
- Dataflows Gen2
- Notebooks
- Lakehouses
- Warehouses
- Design and implement robust dimensional models (Star and Snowflake Schemas) to support reporting and analytics.
- Develop complex T-SQL code including stored procedures, views, functions, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and DAX measures.
- Develop data engineering solutions using Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
