MAIN PURPOSE

As FP&A; Manager for Specialist Watchmakers (7 Maisons: IWC, Vacheron Constantin, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Roger Dubuis, Piaget, A. Lange & Söhne), you own the financial outlook and supporting analysis that explains business dynamics across a uniquely complex, multi-brand portfolio.
Beyond budget, forecasts and financial models, you build and maintain strong relationships with Maison’s Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Boutique Planning teams, and with the AVP of FP&A; for SWM, translating cross-brand complexity into clear, comparable analysis.
You are the designated Anaplan/reporting model owner for the SWM cluster,



and a key contributor to the implementation of consistent controlling practices across all Maisons, adhering to Group-mandated regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Brand Business Partnering
- Work closely with department heads across all 7 SWM Maisons to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, preparing comprehensive, cross-brand comparable presentations.
- Review sales analysis across the SWM portfolio to monitor evolution and trends, and to understand and explain the key drivers of divergence between brands.
- Provide timely, brand-specific variance analysis to business partners, highlighting risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.

Close Balance Sheet & Capital Governance
