WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll-related information and ensure timely submission of employee changes.
- Support benefits administration, enrollment processes, and employee inquiries.
- Assist with leave management and attendance tracking.
- Support performance management processes and development initiatives.
- Assist in audits and maintain required HR documentation.
- Support implementation of HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.




- +2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required .
- Experience with HRIS systems, WORKDAY and TRESS system is required.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Support on Human Resources processes such as onboarding and benefit administration.
- Support HR alignment by collaborating with HR teams across the business to drive consistent execution of HR services.
- Management and reporting of KPIs, monthly HR metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skills and competencies such as strong organizational and time management, customer focused mindset, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities and teamwork and collaboration.
