JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Sector Lead will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for radio product, and continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing. This role provides expert-level RF technical support, leads complex failure analysis, and defines advanced RF test methodologies to ensure robust product performance, test yield, and production efficiency. The position requires close collaboration with R&D;, NPI/TPI teams, manufacturing sites and repair centers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (Product, Test, Quality, Manufacturing Eng.).
- Act as senior technical owner for radio product (LTE/NR). Provide technical expertise to global production sites(mainly Mexico, India, China), repair centers, and NPI/TPI programs.
- Drive continuous improvement for test time, yield, defects.
- Optimize production test solutions (HW & SW), ensuring correctness, accuracy, cost efficiency.
- Lead high- complexity failure analysis for manufacturing issues, customer returns (RMA), to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Demonstrate technical expertise aligned with customer expectations, serving as a trusted technical authority for RF radio production topics.
- Collaborate closely with Customer R&D; on hot issues, investigation. And provide technical proposals to R&D.;
