Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Medical Supervisor located in Guadalajara Campus. Reporting to the EH&S; Manager the Medical Supervisor is responsible for supervising medical staff, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations,



managing relationships with external service providers, and coordinating medical services to support employee health and safety programs.
What a typical day looks like:
- Supervise the daily operation of Occupational Health services and medical personnel.
- Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 15 healthcare professionals through external providers.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health regulations and internal management systems.
- Manage occupational health programs and preventive medicine campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee IMSS procedures, including ST7 cases, occupational risk management, disability follow-up, and risk premium compliance.
- Monitor health-related KPIs and provide periodic reports to leadership.
- Manage suppliers and service providers related to medical services.
