You will serve as the key quality partner between Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering teams, helping identify risks, establish robust quality controls, and drive successful product launches.

Our Team
Our New Product Introduction team is responsible for bringing innovative products from development into manufacturing. We collaborate closely with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure new products are launched successfully, risks are mitigated early, and manufacturing processes are capable of consistently meeting customer expectations.

What You Will Do
- Lead quality activities throughout the New Product Introduction and production ramp-up process.
- Act as the primary quality liaison between Product Development and Manufacturing teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks during product introduction and launch activities.
- Support and drive the implementation of PFMEA, Control Plans, inspection methods, process controls, and quality documentation.
