About The Role As Facility Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Barry Callebaut GBS Hub in Monterrey, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional workplace environment for more than 200 employees. The role is responsible for office operations, vendor and contract management, facilities maintenance, budget oversight, and administrative support to the Head of GBS Monterrey. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, landlords, HR, Procurement, and Leadership Teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage office suppliers, contractors, and service providers, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
- Oversee office infrastructure and facility services, including HVAC, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and workplace equipment.
- Coordinate contractor installations, office setups, and facility-related improvement projects.
- Manage office lease obligations and maintain effective relationships with landlords and building management.




- Prepare, monitor, and control office operating budgets while driving productivity and cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee purchasing activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, office supplies, and office credit card administration.
- Support the Head of GBS Monterrey on administrative, operational, legal, and communication-related activities.
- Coordinate office administration activities, including visitor management, security access, onboarding support, inventory control, travel administration, and workplace logistics.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on employer branding initiatives, internal communications, town halls, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety requirements, and external regulations while supporting fraud prevention and governance activities.
