We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive brand visibility, customer engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions across digital channels.
IMPORTANT: Strong and proven experience in the automotive industry is mandatory. Candidates without solid automotive industry experience will not be considered.
This role will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
- Lead digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and paid media.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on performance and ROI.
- Analyze digital performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and monitor key KPIs, including traffic, leads, conversion, engagement, CAC, and ROI.




- Use Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Sales, CRM, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication and customer experience.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, digital journeys, and conversion points.
- Research and test new digital platforms, technologies, and channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital customer acquisition and overall online presence.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong experience in the automotive industry.
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience developing and executing digital campaigns with measurable commercial results.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SE
