- Coordinate and monitor export shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant cross-border deliveries.
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including Export Pedimentos, COVE, DODA, commercial invoices, packing lists, and supporting shipping documents.
- Coordinate export customs clearances and border crossings with carriers, customs brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law, export regulations, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate export records and electronic files in accordance with customs and company policies.
- Monitor shipment status, identify potential delays, and provide proactive solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze export operation data and generate reports to track KPIs and operational performance.
- Validate export declarations and supporting documentation prior to customs clearance.
- Ensure accuracy of information within customs, transportation, and ERP systems to minimize discrepancies and compliance risks.
- Support internal audits, trade compliance reviews,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in export operations, customs compliance, or international logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, RGCE, Annex 22, and export regulations.
- Experience managing export documentation and customs compliance processes.
- Proficiency with VUCEM, SOIA, CAAREM, and related customs platforms.
- Knowledge of international transportation, export procedures, and cross-border operations.
- Experience working in IMMEX environments and familiarity with Annex 24 and Annex 30 is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and operational systems.
