Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced System Operations Support Engineer to support a banking technology environment.
The role will primarily focus on application/system operations and job scheduling management,



rather than infrastructure-level support. The candidate will be responsible for managing scheduled jobs, monitoring system operations, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring smooth and reliable day-to-day application operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor scheduled jobs and batch processing activities.
- Create, configure, modify, and maintain jobs using scheduling tools such as JP1 or Tivoli
- Monitor job execution and identify failed, delayed, or abnormal jobs.
- Perform operational troubleshooting and coordinate with relevant technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure scheduled processes and application operations run smoothly.
- Perform daily operational checks and monitoring activities.
