You will join the DSS Supply Planning organization and collaborate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Operations, Demand Planning, Product Management, Finance, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and SAP teams. Working within a integral planning environment, you will influence decisions that impact end-to-end supply chain performance and help drive operational excellence across the manufacturing network.

What You Will Do
- Lead long-range supply and capacity planning activities to support business growth and optimize manufacturing performance
- Drive the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process and identify opportunities to address capacity constraints and utilization challenges
- Facilitate plant S&OP; reviews, enabling data-driven decisions through cross-functional alignment and clear communication of key actions
