Senior Tax Analyst, LATAM

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative tax professional to join a integral organization and support tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities across multiple countries in Latin America.

In this regional role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage complex tax obligations, coordinate with external advisors, and help drive excellence in tax governance and compliance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic multinational environment and influencing decisions across a diverse set of markets.

What you'll do:
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple LATAM countries.
• Support tax reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors on tax matters.
• Monitor legislative changes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to tax governance,



risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
• 6+ years of tax experience in multinational companies or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced English and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and deadlines.
