Job Description:
We are looking for a Bilingual IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The idóneo candidate will have solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, strong skills in identifying and engaging top talent, and advanced English to interact with international candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, negotiation, and offer closure.
• Conduct proactive sourcing through various platforms and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews and technical evaluations with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for tracking and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration,



Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven experience in headhunting and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Advanced English skills (minimum B2+ level).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
• Experience in competency-based interviews and basic technical assessment of IT profiles.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience recruiting for international projects.
• Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
