About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Fraud Analyst to support our day-to-day fraud operations and help protect the integrity of our platform.
In this role, you will review transactions in real time, identify suspicious behavior, and make operational decisions (approve, hold, or decline) based on internal risk policies. You will play a key role in ensuring safe transactions while maintaining a smooth user experience.
You’ll work closely with Fraud, Operations, and Customer Support teams, gaining hands-on experience in fraud detection within a fast-growing fintech environment.

What You’ll Do
• Review transactions flagged by risk systems or support teams




• Validate user information to determine whether transactions should be approved, held, or declined
• Monitor real-time alerts and identify suspicious patterns or behaviors
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Fraud Lead or specialized teams
• Document decisions clearly and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with Customer Support on cases requiring additional verification
• Suggest improvements to existing fraud rules and detection processes

What We’re Looking For
• ~2 years of experience in operations, support, KYC, or identity verification
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to make decisions following defined processes and policies
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Clear written communication skills
• Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• B2+ English Level
