Location: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
Base Salary: MXN $37,350/month + commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work model: On-site, with availability for client meetings, hotel and agency visits, industry events, fam trips and commercial activities.

This is not a transactional sales role.
We are looking for someone who understands how business is built in the hospitality and events industry: through trust, relationships,



impeccable follow-up and the ability to transform a client's vision into a compelling commercial solution.

YOUR IMPACTYou will own and develop commercial opportunities across the Puerto Vallarta market, building relationships with hotels, DMCs, agencies, venues, corporations and other strategic partners.
From the first conversation through negotiation, closing and handoff to our creative and operational teams, you will help ensure that every opportunity is commercially sound and unmistakably Del Cabo Events. The position is specifically responsible for growing the regional client portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships and converting opportunities profitably.
