Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Warehouse Financial Performance to join our Logistics Finance team in Mexico City.
In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to Warehouse Operations, Logistics Procurement, and FP&A.; You will transform operational information into meaningful financial insights, provide visibility into warehouse costs, identify risks and opportunities, and support productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and report warehouse financial KPIs, translating operational metrics such as throughput, capacity utilization, labor, and third-party logistics costs into financial impact.
• Monitor warehouse cost performance and identify variances, anomalies, and potential overruns against the Latest Estimate and Annual Operating Plan.




• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial visibility tools that enable timely and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations, Logistics Procurement, and FP&A; teams to review performance and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide clear explanations of cost variances, operational drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify operational pain points with financial implications and quantify their potential cost impact.
• Calculate, validate, and track productivity savings generated by warehouse initiatives.
• Monitor financial action plans and follow up on open items, commitments, and expected benefits.
• Support contract negotiations and renewals by preparing cost analyses, financial scenarios, and business insights.
• Provide financial and operational inputs during month-end close and monthly forecasting processes.
• Validate that operational results and cost drivers are accurately reflected in financial models and reports.
