Team Overview

As a Strategy and Engagement Sr. Analyst,



you will translate strategic growth initiatives into high-impact operational workflows, driving execution rigour and process optimisation across DiDi Food and adjacent services; success will be measured by improvements in key operational SLAs, productivity, cost-to-serve metrics, and contribution in assigned markets. Sitting within the Regional Operations & Strategy team, you will serve as the engine bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level execution—partnering closely with Product and Field Operations to implement, scale, and iterate cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.
