We're looking for an HR Employee Relations Lead to help bring the hotel to life behind the scenes. We're searching for someone with strong leadership skills, a people-first mindset, and a genuine understanding that the experience we create for our employees directly shapes the experience we deliver to our guests. This role will be instrumental in building an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing culture that brings The Standard's values to life every day.

What You'll Do

• Oversee employee movements, contracts, personnel files, and employment documentation.
• Support processes related to payroll, benefits, and employee programs.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and consistently followed.
• Participate in succession planning and internal talent development initiatives.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and organizational climate indicators.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, internal regulations, and corporate policies.
• Manage disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and operational leaders across all hotel departments.
