Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Hermosillo, SON. In this position, the individual will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chats and other channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner. The role involves documenting interactions in company systems, following established procedures, and escalating complex cases when needed.



The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and follow up to confirm resolution and satisfaction. The position also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services, participating in training sessions, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer support.
